After JYP, Bighit also confirmed the official lineup of TXT with both similarities and differences from ITZY

Bighit has just released a short video introducing all the members of TXT.

At midnight on January 24 (local time), Bighit introduced the official TXT lineup through a 2-minute video called “What do you do?“. Just like what they had released before, “BTS younger brother” had all 5 members including Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Huening Kai.

TXT‘s lineup is also quite young, the biggest being Yeonjun (1999) and the youngest is the youngest Huening Kai (2002). The leader of the group is Soobin and has a rapper position. The vocalist cum representative face is Huening Kai. The main dance is Yeonjun and Beomgyu. Huening Kai as introduced before is a foreign member.

In the introduction video, 5 members of TXT are quite mischievous when playing many games such as rock paper scissors, dance competition together, chasing at different locations including houses, schools, subway, football fields. With such a creation, the group is supposed to follow the concept of schoolboys with a good image.

Compared to JYP‘s new girl group ITZY – TXT has both similarities and differences. The same is that the number of members of these two groups is 5. The difference lays in the concept of ITZY, which is quite strong, supposedly like girl-crush (this is also different from TWICE).

Meanwhile, at the same time Bighit launched a short film for TXT, JYP also “teased” some more information about ITZY. Specifically, the group’s first music product will be the single “IT’z Different“. The time for the specific debut is still kept secret and haven’t been disclosed.
