Questions are continuing to surround ADOR’s legal action against Danielle, as the company has reportedly requested a change to the grounds of its lawsuit while the status of its evidence submission remains unclear.
During the first court hearing held on May 14, ADOR was reportedly unable to present detailed evidence supporting its allegation that Danielle had violated her exclusive contract. At the time, the court instructed the company to submit a list of evidence and witnesses by June 2.
However, rather than publicly disclosing specific evidence before the deadline, ADOR reportedly filed additional legal documents, including paperwork appointing supplementary legal representatives and a request to amend the cause of action in the lawsuit.
