When it comes to Im Soo Hyang, Korean viewers would think of a late bloomer. The actress made her acting debut in 2009, playing a minor character in the movie “4th Period Mystery”, which stars Kang So Ra and Yoo Seung Ho.
She then debuted on the small screen in the 2011 drama “New Tales of Gisaeng”, where she received some attention from the public. Ever since, she constantly switched up her image via various different roles, and yet was unable to earn a major breakthrough.

“If I and Soo Hyang got the chance to appear here during filming for “New Tales of Gisaeng”, I wouldn’t be able to control my expressions. At the time, I think I often mistook Soo Hyang for her character Sa Ra. Sometimes, I couldn’t even tell them apart. I think I fell for both of them then.”
During the filming period, Sung Hoon once seriously thought about expressing his love for Im Soo Hyang. Unfortunately, after filming ended, his emotions were gone.
