In a recent podcast appearance, Aaron Yan spoke candidly about his relationship with his fellow members, describing their dynamic as very different from what the public might assume. He suggested that differences in personality and lifestyle including matters related to sexuality created tension within the group.

During the conversation, he recounted an incident that he said took place around the time Fahrenheit released their first album. According to Yan, an outsourced staff member would initiate what was referred to as a so-called “game” whenever the group entered their van. He alleged that the individual would place his hand inside Yan’s pants and touch him inappropriately. Yan further claimed that other members joined in, and that he was the only one subjected to this treatment.

He stated that while the others may have considered it a joke at the time, he now views the behavior as workplace sexual harassment. Yan alleged that the incidents continued for several months and typically occurred inside the group’s vehicle. He explained that he did not report the matter to the company because the group had only just debuted, and he felt unable to speak up.

The revelations have sparked strong reactions online due to the severity of the accusations.

Separately, Aaron Yan was previously convicted in a legal case involving filming sexual activity with a minor. He received a seven-month suspended sentence and was fined after reaching a settlement with the victim.
