According to A2O Entertainment on July 20, A2O MAY’s latest single “Love Got Me Ooh” reached No. 1 on QQ Music’s New Songs Chart on July 18, just two days after its release.
Released in China on July 16, “Love Got Me Ooh” serves as the title track of A2O MAY’s newest single. The song blends refreshing pop melodies with nostalgic elements inspired by the sound of the 1990s, reinterpreting retro sensibilities through a modern pop production. The quick rise to the top of QQ Music’s New Songs Chart highlights the group’s growing popularity in the Chinese market.’

A2O MAY is the first girl group launched by A2O Entertainment, the company founded by Lee Soo Man following his departure from SM Entertainment. After selling his shares and officially leaving SM Entertainment in 2023, Lee Soo Man established A2O Entertainment and introduced A2O MAY as the label’s inaugural idol group in December 2025. The group is currently focusing its promotions primarily across Greater China.
Following the success of their latest release, A2O MAY is scheduled to appear at the Tencent Music Entertainment Awards (TMEA) in Macau on August 16. The event is expected to give the group another opportunity to connect with Chinese fans as they continue expanding their presence in the region.
