A former member of a famous girl group shocked everyone by announcing her new job at an adult entertainment establishment

Manaka Shida (23 years old), a former member of Japanese girl group Keyakizaka46, has become an employee at an adult entertainment establishment.

On September 26th, Manaka Shida released a photo of her wearing a black mini dress on SNS along with the caption “I’ve started working at Cabakura (combination of ‘cabaret’ and ‘club’). I think many people would be surprised by this news. In fact, I’ve wanted to do work since a long time ago, but I didn’t practically do it because I thought it was an unrelated job. However, many of my acquaintances supported me and I believe I only live this life once. That’s why I decided to do it. I do feel nervous but I’m trying my best because it’s the job that I really wanted to do”, revealing that she has started working at an adult entertainment establishment.

She continued, “I’m always thankful to everyone who cheers for me. I’m glad that we finally have a chance to meet each other. Women are also welcomed”, delivering a message to her fans.

Despite the shocking news, fans of Manaka Shida reacted differently. They said, “I’m rooting for whatever you do”, “I’ll wish you good luck”, etc., showing support for the singer.

Meanwhile, Manaka Shida made her debut as a member of Keyakizaka46 in 2016, but stopped her activities in 2018 due to poor health and left the group in November of the same year.
