A famous celebrity who established her name as Korea’s representative actress for evil roles
Actress Lee Yu Ri drew attention by showing off a close relationship with her mother-in-law.
Moon Se Yoon, Lee Yu Ri, Yang Se Chan, Hur An Na, Lee Soo Ji and Lee Se Young attended the press conference of TCAST E Channel’s “Dog-Daughter-in-law”, which was held online on Nov 17th.
Lee Yu Ri said, “I have a great relationship with my mother-in-law. I’m a good daughter-in-law. People around my mother-in-law often say, ‘There’s no daughter-in-law like this.’“
She mentioned, “I want to get ‘helpful tips’ to have fun with my in-laws through this program.“
Lee Yu Ri caused laughter by confessing, “I have the nickname ‘national daughter-in-law’. I played daughter-in-laws a lot (in dramas), and one of my mother-in-laws is Kim Soo Mi. I was sprayed with water and dragged by my hair.“
She then expressed her ambition as a MC of “Dog-Daughter-in-law”, “I want to take this opportunity to become a national MC, not a national daughter-in-law. In fact, I’m ridiculously greedy for gags.“
“Dog-Daughter-in-law” featuring Lee Yu Ri is an entertainment show that depicts gag women’s daily life and relationship with their mother-in-laws. Hur An Na, Lee Soo Ji and Lee Se Young confirmed their appearances.
Lee Yu Ri, comedians Moon Se Yoon and Yang Se Chan are also MCs of the show. It will premiere on E Channel at 8:50 PM on Dec 17th.
Meanwhile, Lee Yu Ri started acting in 2001 through KBS’ drama “School 4”.
At that time, she appeared in KBS’s “School” series, which is known as a gateway to success for new actors, but failed to achieve good results.
