Famous singer and actor Rain (Jung Ji Hoon) will challenge for a new drama
Rain has confirmed to make a special appearance in the upcoming tvN historical drama “Shrub”, which is directed by PD Kim Hyun Sik.
The drama will depict the extreme struggle of the central government, who has to turn troublemakers princes of the Joseon Dynasty into proper crown princes.
The drama will star famous actress Kim Hye Soo, as well as Choi Won Young and Moon Sang Min. It is scheduled premiere for the first time in October of 2022.
Although Rain is only playing a guest role in this work, this is his first time trying out a historical drama.
