A celebrity was flustered when her dress was almost flipped by the strong wind on the red carpet of a recent event

This Miss Korea recently stole the spotlight on the red carpet of an important event.

2019 Miss Korea winner Kim Se-yeon (35 years old) showed up on the red carpet of the 4th Asian Content Awards, which was held at the outdoor stage of the Film Center in Haeundae-gu, Busan on October 8th.

Kim Se-yeon appeared in an off-shoulder red dress for the special event. Her dress drew attention as it has a deep V cut that almost reaches down to her lower body. 

Wearing high heels, Kim Se-yeon got out of the car and walked to the photo zone. While walking, her dress was nearly flipped due to the strong wind. Shocked by the sudden situation, she still managed to hold and calmly cover it with her hands. This scene caught the eyes of reporters and netizens.

Kim Se-yeon hosted the 4th Asian Content Awards together with actor Jung Hae-in.
