Korean shaman and influencer Noh Seul Bi has candidly revealed that she recently underwent breast revision surgery, while also addressing criticism surrounding her appearance and profession.

Speaking through a video uploaded to her social media on July 22, Noh Seul Bi directly responded to the controversies that have recently circulated online.

Addressing the criticism head-on, Noh Seul Bi said she had seen numerous comments questioning why a shaman would choose to undergo cosmetic surgery.

She remarked: “People have been making a fuss about my breasts again. They ask, ‘Why would a shaman get breast surgery?’ and ‘Why aren’t you responding to the controversies?'”

She added humorously: “I’m a shaman who practices shamanism not totemism or animism.” Her comments were delivered with the witty, outspoken style for which she is known on social media.

Noh Seul Bi also shared the reason she decided to have the procedure. According to her, the breast implants she previously received were considered among the best available at the time, but she was never fully satisfied with the results.

She explained that the smooth surface of the implants made them feel as though they moved separately from surrounding tissue, creating what she described as a subtle “plastic-like” sensation.

She revealed that she has since replaced them with implants featuring a firmer texture. “I’m satisfied now,” she said.

Noh Seul Bi concluded her explanation by asking people to simply move on if they disliked her decision. “If you don’t like it, just scroll past. Shamans want to be beautiful too.”

She also addressed online hate comments, saying she believes conflict accomplishes nothing. Using humor, she joked that if she didn’t hold those beliefs, she “would have fought back against the haters with a stone axe.”

Noh Seul Bi first gained wider public recognition after appearing on the Disney+ survival reality series War of Destiny 49 earlier this year. She had previously shared her personal story on MBN’s High School Mom and Dad 3, revealing that she became a mother at the age of 19.

During the program, Noh Seul Bi spoke about experiencing school bullying and domestic violence as a teenager. She explained that she met a man through an online fortune-telling consultation and believed they were destined to marry after being told so during the reading.

According to her account, the relationship later became abusive, and she became pregnant at 19 after her partner refused contraception. Following the birth of her daughter, the relationship ended amid further personal difficulties.

Noh Seul Bi eventually left with her child, underwent a traditional spiritual initiation to become a shaman, and now works as both a spiritual practitioner and social media influencer while raising her daughter as a single parent.

Her latest remarks have once again sparked discussion online, with supporters praising her honesty about cosmetic surgery and critics continuing to debate the public image of influencers working in traditional spiritual professions.
