Actress Noh Yoon-seo is set to make her first regular variety show appearance by joining the cast of tvN’s Fresh off the Sea Season 3. The highly anticipated new season premieres on July 30 and introduces Noh as the program’s newest and youngest cast member.

Fresh off the Sea follows its cast as they travel around South Korea, preparing meals with fresh seasonal ingredients while sharing heartfelt moments that highlight their close-knit relationships.

Season 3 features a refreshed lineup consisting of:

  • Yum Jung-ah (returning from Season 1)
  • Kim Sun-young
  • Kang You-seok
  • Noh Yoon-seo

The production team expects the four stars to develop warm “family-like” chemistry throughout the season.

Although audiences know Noh Yoon-seo through her acting projects, Fresh off the Sea marks the first time she will appear as a regular cast member on a variety program. The actress is expected to showcase a more natural side of herself, including her cheerful personality, candid conversations, everyday charm, and spontaneous reactions qualities that viewers rarely get to see in scripted dramas.

As the youngest member of the cast, she is expected to bring fresh energy to the series while naturally bonding with her fellow cast members.

Beyond variety television, Noh Yoon-seo has an exciting acting project on the way. She stars in the upcoming Netflix original series The East Palace, which premieres on July 17. The drama marks her first historical (sageuk) role, with Noh portraying Saenggang, a palace maid who hides an important secret. The role is expected to showcase a different side of the actress as she continues to expand her range.

Fresh off the Sea Season 3 premieres on July 30 at 8:40 p.m. KST on tvN.
