According to a July 10 report by Maeil Business Newspaper, IVE’s An Yujin was reportedly selected through the general subscription lottery for DH Bangbae, a luxury apartment complex scheduled for occupancy this September. However, neither the reported selection nor any specific details have been officially confirmed. Her agency stated that it was “difficult to verify.”

Although DH Bangbae was sold under South Korea’s price cap system, it has attracted significant interest because there is no mandatory owner-occupancy requirement. An 84㎡ unit was reportedly priced at approximately KRW 2.2 billion (US$1.6 million) during pre-sale, while similar units are now listed at around KRW 4 billion (US$2.9 million), suggesting a potential capital gain of roughly KRW 1.8 billion (US$1.3 million).

As news of An Yujin’s reported apartment lottery success spread, attention also shifted to the assets of other IVE members—particularly Jang Wonyoung.

Last November, it was revealed that Jang Wonyoung had purchased a luxury villa at Lucid House in UN Village, Hannam-dong, for KRW 13.7 billion (approximately US$10 million). She reportedly acquired the 244㎡ residence in March 2025, and because no mortgage registration was filed, local media speculated that the purchase was made entirely in cash.

Lucid House is an exclusive luxury residential complex consisting of just 15 units and is also known as the former residence of celebrity couple Kim Tae Hee and Rain before their marriage. Jang Wonyoung has also attracted attention for her luxurious lifestyle. Through her personal social media accounts, she previously showcased a designer sofa reportedly worth around KRW 200 million (about US$145,000).

Both An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung have built successful careers through IVE’s music activities, endorsement deals, and luxury brand ambassador roles.
