Chinese superstar Lu Han has become one of the hottest topics on social media after fresh allegations surfaced claiming he may have been unfaithful during his relationship with actress Guan Xiaotong.
On the morning of July 7, Lu Han’s name climbed to the top of Weibo’s trending chart after blogger Si Xiaodi, who claims to have had relationships with several A-list celebrities, published a series of posts. The photos and chat screenshots she shared quickly fueled speculation that the singer and actor had allegedly cheated on Guan Xiaotong while they were still dating.
According to her Weibo posts, Si Xiaodi uploaded 18 photos along with multiple screenshots of conversations with several male celebrities. The image that attracted the most attention showed a video call with a man sporting bright red hair. Although the person’s identity was not confirmed, many internet users pointed out that the hairstyle and appearance closely resembled Lu Han, who has frequently dyed his hair red for public appearances and livestreams.
The blogger also shared screenshots of conversations with a man she described as a well-known celebrity. While the contact name was partially censored, some online users claimed that the second visible Chinese character resembled “Han,” the second character in Lu Han’s name.
According to the published chat records, the unidentified man allegedly began contacting Si Xiaodi in July 2023. She claimed he repeatedly provided concert tickets and even sent her a red envelope containing 8,888 yuan at the beginning of 2025. Internet users also noted that the concert tickets shown in the screenshots appeared to match Lu Han’s tour schedule, including performances in Shanghai on July 29, 2023, and Qingdao in early July 2025.
The timeline immediately drew public attention because Lu Han and Guan Xiaotong had not publicly announced their breakup during that period. As a result, many online users questioned whether the allegations, if proven true, could indicate that the singer had been involved with another woman while still in a long-term relationship.
After some social media users suggested the images and messages could have been generated using artificial intelligence, Si Xiaodi repeatedly defended herself in the comment section. She insisted that the evidence was authentic and continued posting provocative remarks challenging both netizens and the fan communities of the celebrities mentioned.
Lu Han was not the only celebrity referenced in the blogger’s posts. She also mentioned several other male stars, including Zhang Yishan, Zhang Yuan, Lu Siheng, and Fan Chengcheng, further fueling widespread discussion across Chinese social media.
As the controversy escalated, Lu Han’s studio quickly released an official statement. The agency announced that it had authorized legal representatives to collect evidence and initiate legal proceedings against individuals accused of fabricating rumors, spreading defamatory content, and damaging the artist’s reputation.
In its statement, the studio said, “Regarding the large-scale fabrication and dissemination of false information concerning Mr. Lu Han’s private life, we have appointed legal counsel to collect evidence and formally begin legal procedures. We once again demand that individuals and organizations immediately stop spreading false information and remove related content. Anyone who continues to fabricate or distribute defamatory rumors that infringe upon Mr. Lu Han’s reputation will be held legally accountable.”
At this time, Lu Han’s side has not issued a specific response regarding the photos and chat records released by Si Xiaodi. There is also no independently verified evidence confirming that the individual shown in the images or conversations is actually Lu Han. As a result, the alleged cheating claims remain unverified online speculation and have not been confirmed by any official authority or the parties involved.
