twice this is for world tour

TWICE’s THIS IS FOR world tour is posting impressive figures, even though data from most of its shows has yet to be included. The tour ran for approximately one year beginning in July 2025 and consisted of 81 performances. According to the partial touring figures shared online, only 29 shows in Asia and Australia have currently been counted.

Impressive Revenue in Just 29 Shows

Those 29 concerts reportedly attracted approximately 940,000 attendees and generated $136 million in revenue, equivalent to more than 200 billion won at the current exchange rate. Once all remaining performances are included, the tour’s final attendance is expected to fall between 1.95 million and 2 million people.

Several of TWICE’s biggest concert stops have not yet been reflected in the reported data. These include the group’s Tokyo National Stadium concerts in April 2026, which reportedly welcomed approximately 240,000 fans across three performances. With an estimated 80,000 attendees per night, the Tokyo concerts were described as having the largest average audience per show for a K-pop concert.

The figures also do not include TWICE’s North American and European dates. The North American leg, held from January through April 2026, reportedly drew around 550,000 people, setting a new attendance record for a K-pop girl group in the region.

Kaohsiung Concert Becomes TWICE’s Highest-Grossing Tour Stop

Among the concerts currently included in the touring data, TWICE’s shows at Kaohsiung National Stadium in Taiwan reportedly generated the most revenue. The performances were held on November 22 and 23, 2025. They are also said to have become the highest-grossing concerts across all of TWICE’s tours to date.

The THIS IS FOR tour will conclude with finale concerts at Seoul’s KSPO Dome in July 2026. The shows reportedly sold out completely on the first day of general ticket sales.

Attendance across the Seoul dates is estimated at between 42,000 and 45,000, which is expected to become a new KSPO Dome attendance record for a girl group.

TWICE Reworked Every Performance for a 360-Degree Stage

Every concert on the tour uses a 360-degree stage designed to allow fans throughout each venue to see the members. Because there was reportedly no established precedent for a dance-focused idol group conducting an entire world tour with this format, TWICE changed the movements and stage directions for every song.

A rehearsal venue matching the actual stage dimensions was reportedly constructed in Pocheon, Gyeonggi Province. The members are said to have practiced there for nine hours each day over approximately one month to prepare for the tour.

The scale of the tour drew praise from Korean netizens, who reacted with comments such as:

  • “It feels like they are working them extremely hard because of the new headquarters. Please make sure they are paid properly.”
  • “I wonder how rich they are. I’m so jealous, hahaha.”
  • “Wow, that’s amazing.”
  • “Wow.”
  • “TWICE seems like one of the best role models among idol groups.”
  • “Wow, they’re so cool.”
  • “I really love TWICE. They are world-class, but they never seem arrogant or affected by fame. They all seem kind and hardworking, which makes me like them even more.”

With more than half of the tour data still unreported, TWICE’s final revenue and attendance figures are expected to rise considerably.
