On June 23, Japanese outlet Friday reported that Naniwa Danshi member Nagao Kento and former E-girls member Inagaki Rio were seen enjoying a late-night outing together in early June. According to the report, they had dinner, visited a convenience store and later headed to a nearby bar.

The pair reportedly left the bar separately before entering the same waiting vehicle. The car then traveled to Inagaki Rio’s residence, where the two were seen entering the building together. Photos published with the report showed them walking in a relaxed and affectionate atmosphere. Nagao Kento reportedly wore a hat and mask, while Inagaki Rio walked without covering her face.

An acquaintance claimed that the two first met at a bar in Tokyo’s Minato district early last year and became a couple around winter. The source also alleged that Inagaki Rio expressed interest first. After reportedly beginning their relationship, they were said to have enjoyed double dates, trips and visits to theme parks with acquaintances.

Dating rumors involving the two had previously surfaced on June 7. An acquaintance of Inagaki Rio claimed that she is not someone who usually hides her relationships and has remained relatively unconcerned since the reports emerged.

Neither artist’s agency has released an official statement regarding the rumors. Nagao Kento debuted as a member of Naniwa Danshi in 2021 and has also expanded his acting career through productions including The Third Finger Offered to a King and What Will You Do, Ieyasu? Inagaki Rio debuted with E-girls in 2012 before leaving the group in 2015. She later launched a fashion brand and currently works as a YouTuber and model.
