On March 26, Sohee appeared on the YouTube channel “Life84” hosted by Kian84, where she opened up about her recent activities and future plans. When asked whether she still plans to sing, Sohee responded clearly, “Now I’ve transitioned, so I’m focusing only on acting.” She added that while she does not regret leaving music behind, she occasionally misses performing on stage as a singer.
Sohee recently wrapped up the play “Then and Today 2,” sharing that the production was physically and emotionally demanding. As a two-person play where she took on multiple roles, she described it as a project that required intense energy and concentration.

She explained that although she misses the energy of concerts and music shows, she has been able to channel those feelings through theater, which offers a different kind of fulfillment. “The energy from singing and theater is different. Theater has a very quiet but powerful focus,” she said, expressing her growing passion for stage acting.

After continuously working on theater projects since starting in the field two years ago, Sohee revealed plans to take a short break. She hopes to spend personal time, travel, and even pursue a long-time dream of living in Europe for a month.
While fans may feel nostalgic about her days as a K-pop idol, Sohee’s latest update confirms a clear new direction, one centered on acting, personal growth, and life beyond the music stage.
