According to a report by Star News on March 10, a representative from Jang Nara’s side firmly stated, “The incident currently being reported has nothing to do with Jang Nara.” As her name was mentioned alongside the agency involved, the actress’s team released an official statement to prevent further misunderstandings.
According to Jang Nara’s side, she had already parted ways with LAELBNC. The representative explained, “She signed an exclusive contract in January last year, but the contract was already terminated in August of the same year.” They added, “Even though Jang Nara is no longer affiliated with the company, articles are being published referring to it as ‘Jang Nara’s agency,’ which is a confusing situation.” In other words, LAELBNC is only her former agency and has no connection to her current activities.
Previously, a staff member from LAELBNC has reportedly been found dead, prompting an ongoing investigation by authorities.
According to media reports citing multiple industry sources, the individual—who worked at LAELBNC—was discovered deceased on March 9 after allegedly leaving behind a note. Police have confirmed that they are currently looking into the exact circumstances surrounding the death.

LAELBNC is a total entertainment company that signed an exclusive contract with Jang Nara in January last year. At the time, the agency stated it would provide full support for the actress to expand her activities and further strengthen her reputation as a trusted and accomplished performer.
