Jungkook’s first solo debut song “Seven” has been certified Quadruple Platinum Single by Music Canada (formerly the Canadian Recording Industry Association), surpassing 400,000 units. Following that achievement, his solo tracks “3D” and “Standing Next to You” earned Double Platinum Single certifications, each exceeding 160,000 units in sales.
His first solo album “GOLDEN” also received a Platinum Album certification, marking over 80,000 units sold in Canada. In addition, album track “Yes or No” and his self‑produced song “Still With You” were newly certified as Gold Singles, each surpassing 40,000 units.
With these achievements, Jungkook has joined BTS as the only Asian artist to hold a Platinum album alongside multiple multi‑Platinum single certifications in Canada. He now ranks as the second highest‑selling K‑pop artist in the country after BTS, with total sales reaching approximately 920,000 units. Notably, Jungkook also became the first Asian solo artist to earn a Canadian Gold certification for a non‑single track with “Yes or No,” further proving his strong local impact.
