Actors Go Yo0n Jung and Jung Hae In are set to guest star on MBC’s upcoming variety show Manito Club, according to an official statement from the show’s production team on January 22. The two have already completed filming, though the specific air date has yet to be confirmed.
Manito Club is an undercover gift-exchange variety show centered around the theme of people who know how to share double when given one. Cast members are randomly assigned a “Manito” (secret friend) and must deliver thoughtful gifts without revealing their identities.
Previously announced cast members include BLACKPINK’s Jennie, YouTuber Dex, former MMA fighter Choo Sung Hoon, broadcaster Noh Hong Chul, and comedian Lee Soo Ji, creating buzz around the star-studded lineup. With Go Youn Jung and Jung Hae In now confirmed, anticipation for the show has grown even further.
Adding to the excitement, Manito Club is produced by TEO, the production company founded by legendary PD Kim Tae Ho, known for Infinite Challenge and Hangout With Yoo. Go Youn Jung, having previously worked with another top variety show producer, Na Young Seok, through Resident Playbook, continues to expand her presence in the entertainment variety scene.
Manito Club is scheduled to premiere on Sunday, February 1 at 6:10 PM KST on MBC.
