On December 11, Jvcki Wai posted a series of messages and photos on her Instagram, revealing injuries she attributed to a violent altercation with her boyfriend. The images were shared alongside text messages she had sent to her manager, canceling her scheduled appearance on the music program Rap House.

“I got into a fight yesterday and my face ended up like this. I think I’ll have to cancel my appearance. I couldn’t go outside for two weeks after this.”
She followed the post with screenshots of repeated calls and an email from the alleged perpetrator, pleading for forgiveness: “Babe, I’m sorry. I’m in front of your house. I’ll do better. Please forgive me.”
She added in the caption: “When I didn’t open the door, he started cursing at me.”

The man in question, producer Vangdale, who has worked under the name Bufobabas on tracks for groups like THE BOYZ, VIVIZ, and BADVILLIAN, responded publicly. In a now-deleted post, he denied the abuse allegations, stating that he was injured while trying to stop her alleged attack. His message included profane language and accusations against her.
“I’m the one who got hit 99 times and cursed at. I got hurt trying to stop her rampage. You’re making me look like a fool.” — Vangdale

In response to criticism and inquiries about why she posted publicly, Jvcki Wai explained that it was her only way to end the relationship for good.
“He kept knocking on my door, trying my passcode. Even the day I was hit, he wouldn’t let me leave. This was the only way to completely cut ties. Since I posted, he hasn’t contacted me.”
Jvcki Wai, who debuted in 2016 and is currently signed to AOMG, has made a name for herself in the Korean hip-hop scene with her unique style and sound. Vangdale, affiliated with KC Entertainment, has produced for major names in K-hip-hop and K-pop.
As of now, KC Entertainment has not issued a statement regarding the allegations.
