On May 14, 2024, both Byun Yo-han and Tiffany posted the same photos and videos on their individual Instagram accounts to promote the Disney+ original series Uncle Samsik, in which they co-starred. At the time, Byun captioned his post with “Uncle Samsik commentary. Uncle Samsik D-1”, while Tiffany wrote, “Kim San & Rachael Jeong. Uncle Samsik – coming to you tomorrow.”

The shared media showed the two standing side by side, radiating friendly chemistry. In the promotional video, Tiffany playfully asked, “Uncle. Samsik. Fighting. Should you go first? Or me?” to which Byun Yo-han responded by following Tiffany’s lead with the cheering chant.

These once-overlooked posts were quickly rediscovered after their relationship was confirmed on December 13, becoming a “must-visit” moment for fans on social media. Messages of celebration from both Korean and international fans have since flooded their pages, with comments like “Congratulations!”, “Please love our Fany well!”, and “Wishing you both happiness forever.”

Tiffany also previously posted a second Instagram update on July 22, 2024, which included another photo featuring Byun Yo-han making him the only male celebrity to appear twice on her feed. The post showed her with co-stars Lee Kyu-hyung and Seo Hyun-woo at an awards ceremony, along with a heartfelt caption: “Thank you to Uncle Samsik and the Blue Dragon Series Awards for giving us such special memories. The time we spent together was even more meaningful because of it.”

Fans continue to leave supportive comments on that post, congratulating the couple on their relationship.

On December 13, Byun Yo-han’s agency TEAMHOPE officially confirmed the two stars are “seriously dating with marriage in mind.” While rumors of a fall 2026 wedding have circulated, the agency clarified that no date has been set yet. However, both actors expressed their desire to inform fans first once plans are finalized.

Byun Yo-han and Tiffany reportedly became close while filming Uncle Samsik, which premiered in May 2024 and featured romantic scenes between their characters. Their on-screen chemistry eventually blossomed into a real-life romance.

Byun Yo-han, who debuted in 2011 with a short film, has starred in acclaimed works like Misaeng: Incomplete Life, Mr. Sunshine, and Hansan: Rising Dragon, and is preparing for the release of the upcoming film Tazza 4.

Tiffany, who debuted in 2007 with Girls’ Generation, launched a solo career under the name Tiffany Young in 2018. She has since expanded into acting with appearances in Reborn Rich, the musical Chicago, and Uncle Samsik, showcasing her multifaceted talents in both music and drama.
