In the video, actress Lee Hae-in, widely known for her work in dramas and variety shows, welcomes viewers into her luxurious duplex home in Gimpo, explaining that she had lived in the area for a long time and had always dreamed of a multi-floor house.
Lee Hae-in shared that her journey to becoming a building owner started early: “I began investing in real estate in my twenties. I even attended building owner study groups. I tried driving nice cars and all that, but in the end, the only thing that remained was real estate,” she said. She eventually achieved her long-held goal on November 3, 2025, when she secured the building she had been aiming for.
She then opened up about the harsh financial struggles she endured while pursuing her acting career: “It was terrifying thinking about what I would eat tomorrow. I didn’t grow up having everything. I was often sick as a child, and even when I said I wanted an IV drip, I couldn’t get one. I grew up eating bread soaked in tears. I promised myself I would never pass that down to my future child.”
Addressing rumors circulating online, Lee Hae-in firmly denied claims such as “married a 4 billion KRW tycoon” or “became a building owner by playing piano in lingerie.” “Those are all misunderstandings. Real estate saved my life,” she stressed.
Lee Hae-in first debuted in 2005 as a CF model and later appeared in dramas including Golden Fish, Five Fingers, and Family Secrets. She gained attention on tvN’s variety show Rollercoaster as the “deer girl,” before debuting as a member of the 7-member girl group GangKiz in 2012. After rebranding under the stage name “Leezi,” she also gained buzz for performances involving piano playing in revealing stage outfits.
