On November 13, a representative from ADOR told MyDaily, “We are arranging individual meeting schedules with the NewJeans members and will do our best to ensure productive discussions.” This move signals the beginning of formal discussions with the three members who, up until now, had not rejoined under the same terms as Haerin and Hyein.

On November 12 just two days before the deadline to appeal the court’s ruling on their exclusive contract lawsuit Minji, Hanni, and Danielle announced their decision to return to ADOR, stating, “After careful deliberation, we have decided to return to ADOR. As there was no response from ADOR, we had no choice but to announce our position first.”

Their statement came hours after ADOR confirmed that Haerin and Hyein would continue activities with the agency, making the prospect of a full group reunion more likely.

Despite this, ADOR has maintained a cautious stance, noting it is “verifying the sincerity” of the three members’ declarations and ensuring that their expressed intentions align with actual conditions.

ADOR plans to proceed with individual discussions with each of the returning members to clarify details and move toward concrete agreements. With the full group potentially resuming joint activities, attention is now focused on how NewJeans’ future as a five-member act will unfold.
