On September 13, Kim Yuna appeared on the YouTube channel “DdeunDdeun” in a video titled “Recovery Is Just an Excuse.” Yoo Jae Suk remarked that it had already been over two years since Yuna appeared on You Quiz on the Block. He reminisced about first meeting her when she was 18 years old on Infinite Challenge and said he had watched her grow from her teenage years into her 30s.
Yoo jokingly admitted he felt a little disappointed not to have been invited to her wedding, saying, “If Yuna had invited me, of course I would have gone.” Ji Suk Jin then asked why she hadn’t asked him to host the ceremony, to which Yuna explained that Shin Dong Yup served as MC due to a prior connection from the variety show Kiss & Cry. She added that her husband, Ko Woo Rim, also had ties with Shin Dong Yup through Immortal Songs. Yoo agreed, acknowledging, “Yes, there’s definitely a story with Dong Yup.”
Yuna revealed how difficult it was to decide the guest list, saying, “I really struggled with who to give invitations to. Because I mostly worked with a limited circle of people, I don’t actually have that many contacts—less than 200 on my phone.” When Ji Suk Jin pressed further, asking if she even considered inviting Yoo Jae Suk, Yuna clarified, “Honestly, the main reason was that I didn’t have his personal number. If either my husband or I had his contact information, it would have been different.”
