In his youth, Kang Ha Neul weighed nearly 100kg. Because of his appearance, he was severely bullied—so much so that classmates would leave cruel notes in his lunchbox: “You’ll get fat, so I’ll eat this for you.” This bullying left him with lasting trauma, including social anxiety and even claustrophobia today.

Determined to change his life, Kang committed to a rigorous weight loss journey, ultimately shedding 30kg. But it wasn’t just his body that changed—his confidence and emotional health began to heal as well.
