According to Sohu, a recent program revealed scenes from the 30-year-old star’s home, showing clothing and belongings piled high, leaving only narrow walkways. The images quickly went viral, sparking reactions such as “Unbelievable,” “Can’t believe her house is this messy,” and “I’m surprised Guan Yue is so lazy about cleaning her room.”
Responding to the public reaction, Guan Yue posted an apology on her personal social media: “I’m sorry everyone for my messy room.” She also revealed that she had received numerous offers from fans to help tidy her space.
In a follow-up post, she shared photos of her aunt cleaning the apartment, explaining: “My aunt was one step ahead. After watching the show, she immediately booked a flight from Qingdao to Beijing and started deep-cleaning. The photos look messy because everything has been temporarily moved outside during the process.”
Born in 1995 in Qingdao, Shandong Province, Guan Yue is a graduate of the Central Academy of Drama and is well-regarded for her acting skills. She has appeared in numerous popular dramas and variety shows, most recently Sisters Who Make Waves Season 6.
She also made headlines earlier this year after declining an invitation from fellow actress Zhang Xiaowan to join her team on Sisters Who Make Waves Season 6. While the decision fueled rumors of discord, Zhang later clarified that both actresses simply wanted to explore different creative opportunities.
