On August 8, the YouTube channel “Consumer Fairy’s City Exploration” released a video titled “Professional Mover Im Soo-hyang’s First-Ever House Reveal: A 62-Pyeong Cheongdam Villa Blending Classic Charm and Casual Comfort“. In it, Im shared that she currently lives in a villa in Seoul’s Gangnam District, with a total area of 62 pyeong (about 205 square meters) and an actual living space of 57 pyeong (about 188 square meters).
The spacious entryway, featuring a moon jar as the focal point, is complemented by a vintage bench. Most of her furniture comes from a single brand, and Im explained, “I move frequently. I buy and sell things easily. Since they can be consigned for resale, it’s perfect for someone like me who enjoys moving.”
The room next to the entryway serves as her bedroom. “I gave up the master bedroom for my clothes,” she said, showing off a white-and-wood-toned room with a large-headed bed and bookshelves. She also showcased a stylish kitchen and a neatly organized, boutique-like dressing room.
In a previous video on her own channel, she revealed a luxury padded jacket from her middle school days. “This is from when I was in middle school. It’s Blumarine, and they don’t make it anymore. Back then, my family was wealthy, so my mom would just buy me things like this,” she said, giving a rare look into her privileged upbringing.
The video also featured her Lamborghini supercar. “I don’t drive much, and this car feels fast even at low speeds. The ride comfort isn’t great,” she admitted. When asked why she bought it, Im answered frankly, “It was for show.”
