A funeral for the martial arts star Norman Chui Siu-keung and his wife was held on October 5 using Buddhist rites. The actor’s former lover, actress Shirley Yim, also attended the ceremony.

The 72-year-old actor said that two months before his death, the two met in Hong Kong (China). “At that time, we saw that he was fine, but we knew about his illness and advised him to return to Hong Kong for treatment. He had a stubborn personality so he returned to Beijing.”
