Jung So-min Showed Support for Jung Hae-in Amid Dating Rumors?

While Jung Hae-in kept quiet with a "no comment" response, Jung So-min’s move in support of him drew attention.

On September 12, actress Jung So-min attended the VIP premiere of the movie “I, the Executioner” (directed by Ryoo Seung-wan) held at CGV Yongsan I’Park Mall in Seoul.

“I, the Executioner” is an action crime drama where veteran detective Seo Do-chul (played by Hwang Jung-min) teams up with rookie detective Park Sun-woo (played by Jung Hae-in) to track down a notorious serial killer. Ahead of its release on the 13th, many stars attended the VIP screening, lighting up the event.

Jung So-min was invited by Jung Hae-in, with whom she is currently co-starring in tvN’s weekend drama “Love Next Door“, and attended the VIP premiere. In the drama, Jung So-min and Jung Hae-in play Bae Seok-ryu and Choi Seung-hyo, childhood friends who develop into lovers.

As Choi Seung-hyo recently confessed his long-hidden feelings to Bae Seok-ryu, the romantic tension between them has reached its peak. On the 11th, it was reported that Jung Hae-in and Jung So-min left for a joint photo shoot, fueling rumors of a romantic relationship.

During an interview for “I, the Executioner”, Jung Hae-in was asked about the dating rumors, to which he humorously replied with a “no comment,” adding, “It just shows how good our chemistry is.”

Given that their romance is deepening in “Love Next Door”, any misstep in handling the rumor could have disrupted the immersion of the drama. Jung Hae-in tactfully handled the situation by emphasizing their on-screen chemistry.

Despite the attention surrounding the dating rumor, Jung So-min attended the VIP premiere to support her co-star, adding strength to the event.
