Kim Woo-bin Writes a “Gratitude Journal” Every Night as He Recovered from Cancer

Actor Kim Woo-bin, who previously suffered from cancer, recently revealed that he writes a “gratitude journal” every night.

On September 10, the YouTube channel “Netflix Korea” uploaded a video titled featuring actors

Kim Woo-bin and Kim Sung-kyun, who are the stars of the Netflix movie “Officer Black Belt”.

During the video, MC Lee Chang-ho asked Kim Woo-bin if there were any big events in his life, and the actor responded with a smile, saying, “I’ll give you a call if something happens.”

Then, when asked if he had any daily routines, Kim Woo-bin said, “Before bed, I always write a ‘gratitude journal’ like a routine. I write down five things I’m thankful for every day.”

When the MC asked, “What if you can’t find anything to be thankful for?”, Kim Woo-bin explained, “It’s easy when you look at the basic things. For example, having three meals a day or having a pleasant conversation with brother Sung-kyun. Writing down these little things helps me reflect and keep them in my heart.”
