On August 8th (KST), a YouTube channel that introduces various streets in the U.S. featured a video showcasing the July scenery of Beverly Hills, California.
Interestingly, in the early part of the video, Bang Si-hyuk is seen crossing the street with Juice Seyeon and another woman.
Bang Si-hyuk was engaged in conversation with the two women as they crossed the street, but the reason for their meeting in the U.S. is not known.
Juice Seyeon, who was born in 2000 and is now 24 years old, first started broadcasting in 2019. She is known as an influencer, active not only on AfreecaTV but also on YouTube and TikTok.
Recently, she gained further attention by appearing on Netflix’s original variety show “The Influencer”.
Meanwhile, last year, the U.S. real estate media outlet Dirt reported that Bang Si-hyuk purchased a luxury mansion on Stradella Road in Bel Air, a wealthy neighborhood in Los Angeles, for about $26.4 million.
Furthermore, on July 29th, according to the Financial Supervisory Service’s Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System, Bang Si-hyuk reported that he owns a company named “Bel Air Stradella, LLC” as part of HYBE’s large-scale business group status disclosure.
This company is based in the U.S. and is involved in the real estate business. Bang Si-hyuk holds 100% of the shares in this company.
