Actor Byeon Woo Seok, who was previously embroiled in controversy over "emperor-like security", has drawn attention by sharing an update after a month of silence

On August 3, Joo Woo Jae shared on his SNS “It was my first time hosting a wedding, so I was too flustered to take proper photos” and posted some pictures of himself posing with Byeon Woo Seok next to the bride and groom. Byeon Woo Seok also posted on his SNS to congratulate the couple.
Meanwhile, Byeon Woo Seok has risen to fame as a trending actor through tvN’s drama “Lovely Runner”. However, recently, he became embroiled in controversy when his security team was accused of excessive measures at Incheon Airport during his departure for the Asia fan meeting tour. The security team allegedly flashed lights at regular passengers and checked their tickets, sparking outrage.
Byeon Woo Seok’s agency issued an apology, stating, “We were not aware of the gate and ticket inspection details on-site, but we deeply regret the unfortunate events during the security process and sincerely apologize to the passengers who were inconvenienced.”
Despite the apology from his agency, the controversy continued, leading the National Human Rights Commission of Korea to launch an investigation. Additionally, Incheon International Airport Corporation filed a lawsuit against Byeon Woo Seok’s security company.
