Recently, an image of the credits for the new movie “Deadpool & Wolverine”, which lists BLACKPINK’s Jennie as one of the special appearance actors, is being spread across the net. Later on, a video of the credits with similar contents also show up, convincing many people that this was real.
In addition, it was revealed that there was a scene in the movie where various versions of Deadpool appeared, and all of them were wearing masks, leading to suspicions that Jennie was in the shot.

However, many people believe the entire situation to be nothing but a hoax, pointing out that while acting, Jennie would use “Jennie Ruby Jane”, not “Jennie BLACKPINK”.
On top of this, the IMDb page of “Deadpool & Wolverine” has been released, and despite various cameo actors being listed on this list, Jennie’s name was no were to be found. This means that it is likely that the credits being spread is just a clever edit.
