Kim Jaejoong revealed a black card that only the top 0.05% of people possess.

On the KBS 2TV show ‘New Release Convenience Store’ that aired on the 19th, the surprising everyday life of Kim Jaejoong, a central figure in Asia, was revealed. The frugal homemaker Kim Jaejoong went shopping for ingredients himself before his next overseas trip.

That day, Kim Jaejoong headed somewhere while boasting a shining visual even in the dark of night. The members of ‘Convenience Store’ marveled at his appearance, saying, “He walks like a model even on the street,” and “Is he shooting a commercial?”

Kim Jaejoong, dazzlingly handsome, arrived at a wholesale mart where professionals buy various bulk ingredients.

Entering the mart, Kim Jaejoong expressed his concern, saying, “I shouldn’t shop too much, I need to save,” but his excitement soared as soon as he entered.

He was amazed by the incredibly cheap price of bulk bean sprouts, saying, “This is 3,480 won,” recalling his military days, and he exclaimed “It’s heaven!” upon seeing the bulk frozen ingredients, eliciting laughter.

Especially, he impressed everyone by instantly thinking of what dishes he could make with the bulk ingredients and how to portion them for multiple uses, showcasing his solid culinary skills.

Later, when he arrived at the seasoning section, he showed a delighted expression, adding to the laughter.

Previously, Kim Jaejoong had garnered attention by revealing his own blend of seasoning, JJ Mat Garu. With JJ Mat Garu, any dish could achieve the deep flavors of Korean cuisine. This was a useful tip he perfected through trial and error while cooking overseas, where he frequently works.

Kim Jaejoong showed his “seasoning king” side by pulling out a 20kg bag of seasoning, causing more laughter. He specifically bought seasonings to use in Korea and different ones to use in Japan.

He also discovered jjamppong powder and immediately put it in his cart. Celebrity chef Lee Yeon-bok commented, “You can’t replicate a Chinese restaurant,” which added to the humor.

Moreover, when Kim Jaejoong was paying, his black card, which only the top 0.05% of people in Korea possess, caught everyone’s attention.

Kim Jaejoong surprised everyone by saying, “I’ve been using it for 12 years now.”
