Moving” won its second grand prize at this year’s Blue Dragon Series Awards, which was newly established last year. “Moving” was released in August last year and gained popularity through word of mouth. Director Park In-je and writer Kang Pool, who directed and wrote the movie, did not hide their joy when winning the award. “Incheon Mom is the opposite word of Incheon sea,” Ryu Seung-ryong said, quoting the line from “Moving,” adding, “Cheer up, mom and dad.” “We are grateful to viewers for completing a heartwarming and just story with love,” Han Hyo-joo said. In addition, “Moving” Lee Jung-ha and Go Youn-jung also won the Best New Actor Award and the Best New Actress Award. “It is the last event where we stand together as ‘Moving’,” they said, “We will take it as a meaning of working hard.”

Tearful acceptance speeches

Kwak Joon-bin and Yoon Ga-i got emotional and took the podium to express their excitement after winning the Best New Entertainer Award. “I’ll think of this as my first time on YouTube even though I’ve been on YouTube for four years,” and “I felt like I was breathing for the first time when I first came to SNL.” Geum Hae-na, who received the Best Supporting Actress for “A Shop for Killers,” said, “I walked home for more than an hour because I didn’t think I had a good audition,” and cried, “I’m grateful to those who saw me as a good actress when I was in a quagmire and my self-esteem fell over the past year.” Park Bo-young, who won Best Actress for “Daily Dose of Sunshine,” shared about the comfort she gained through the drama. “If anyone has a dark and long night, I hope you don’t get tired and hang in there until the end to greet the morning,” she said, linking it with the work’s message, smiling with tears.

Memorable moments: Park Ji-yoon’s “Crying” and Jang Do-yeon’s “Laughter”

When Park Ji-yoon took the stage to receive the TIRTIR Popularity Star Award, applause poured in. After seven years, Park is finally gaining success with “Crime Scene Returns.” “Thank you, I think my children will be proud of me today,” she said. Meanwhile, Jang Do-yeon said when receiving Best Female Entertainer. “Se-ho, who was sitting next to me, stepped on my dress with his chair, and I was getting ready to go out without realizing it,” she said, drawing laughter. “I think I need more discipline to be humble.” Jang also said, “I’m proud of feeling belonged as a comedian, but I always look back on whether I’m doing well,” and added, “I’ll become an elegant clown who doesn’t waste anywhere.”
