Park Bo-gum Passed SM, JYP & YG Auditions With His Piano Talent? “Not Good Enough To Become Idol”
Actor Park Bo-gum revealed that he passed the auditions of all BIG 3 entertainment companies SM, YG and JYP
Park Bo-gum guested on KBS CoolFM’s “Park Myung-soo’s Radio Show” broadcast on July 13th and talked about various things with DJ Park Myung-soo.
Currently, Park Bo-gum is busy filming a new drama. In particular, attention is on his chemistry with IU in the upcoming project “When Life Gives You Tangerines”. He continued, “I filmed ‘When Life Gives You Tangerines’ earlier this year and I think it will premiere next year. IU is currently doing a world tour and I appeared as a guest at the first show of her concert tour. I sang a song that is not mine but IU fans cheered for me loudly so I felt a little proud”.
Park Bo-gum then sang a part of “Let’s Go See The Stars” live and touched all the radio listeners.
In addition, he also showcased his talents by playing the piano in the recording studio in the middle of the radio broadcast.
Later, Park Myung-soo asked, “Didn’t you send videos of you playing the piano to entertainment agencies and get accepted by all of them?”. In response, Park Bo-gum smiled and said, “Thankfully, SM, YG and JYP all contacted me. Later, I also received a call from an acting company. I was not good enough to become an idol. Actually, I can’t dance. I just have a little sense of rhythm”.
