Recently, an article titled “All of HYBE Labels’ representatives except Min Hee-jin had no experience in the entertainment industry” was published on the Korean forum Instiz, drawing attention.
According to the article, the current CEOs of labels under HYBE, including Big Hit Music, Pledis Entertainment, Source Music, Belift Lab, and KOZ Entertainment, all had no experience working in the entertainment industry before joining HYBE.
This means that among HYBE label representatives, ADOR’s Min Hee-jin is the only one with previous experience in the entertainment industry, as she previously worked at SM Entertainment.
