On May 23rd, the fashion & lifestyle magazine “Singles” unveiled visual pictorials of Oh Yeon-seo, who stars in “The Player 2: Master of Swindlers” as Jung Soo-min.
The concept of the photoshoot was “Bad Genius”. Wearing a knit top and black feather boots, Oh Yeon-seo completed the shoot with her outstanding aura, unique poses and charisma.
In the interview, Oh Yeon-seo shared, “I like movies in which the characters have distinct personalities and create fierce energy. The script for the first part of ‘The Player 2: Master of Swindlers’ was very interesting. I was so curious about the next story so I decided to do this project”.
Revealing her whereabouts, the actress said, “After completing a drama last year, I had a long break and enjoyed my daily life. However, as the drama promotion starts, I’m working without resting after a long time.”
Greeting the public with a bright and pleasant character, Oh Yeon-seo shared, “Jung Soo-min is interesting but not easy because it’s a role that I had never done before”, adding “I acted while wondering what kind of a person Jung Soo-min was. It was fun to see this character in three dimensions with deeper sadness than anyone else”.
When asked about what she focused on while acting in this project, the actress replied, “I wanted Jung Soo-min to have an unchanging personality, great intelligence and mysterious charm like a spy in a movie”. She added, “I wanted to look like a different person in each sequence, so I changed my fashion, hairstyle, and makeup. I paid so much attention to my appearance. Starting from the external details, I was able to act naturally and immerse in the character better”, raising high expectations for the drama.
Meanwhile, “The Player 2: Master of Swindlers” will premiere on tvN at 8:50 p.m. on June 3rd.
