IU recently made headlines for her role as a single mother in the movie “Broker”. However, this is not the first time she transformed into an on-screen mother. IU already took on the role of a mother in SBS’s drama “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo” in 2016.
In the last episode of “Moon Lovers”, before she dies, IU’s character Haesoo secretly gives birth to her daughter Seol, whom she had with Wang So (Lee Joon Gi).
At the time, even though her screen time was little, the child actress who played IU’s daughter caught viewers’ attention for her cute and lovely beauty that resembles IU.
The child actress’ name is Seo Eun Sol. She was active as a child model before appearing in “Moon Lovers”. Seo Eun Sol first made her debut in the entertainment industry in 2015 with a powder commercial.
Since then, Seo Eun Sol has starred in dramas such as “Whisper”, “Tale of Fairy”, “Mr. Queen“, where she portrayed younger selves of famous actresses namely Lee Bo Young, Moon Chae Won, and Shin Hye Sun.
Last year, Seo Eun Sol played the main character Sal Gu in the web drama “Don’t Worry Apricot”. After she entered middle school this year, Seo Eun Sol has not engaged in any new acting activities, but she is expected to continue her career as an actress in the future.
