75-year-old Veteran Singer Mistaken As His Daughter’s Sugar Daddy Due To Young Appearance

Kim Se-hwan, who appeared in the latest episode of KBS 1TV’s “Park Won-sook’s Live Together,” which aired on the morning of December 24, drew attention by revealing his experiences of being misunderstood due to his appearance.

Kim Se-hwan, who is 75 years old this year, confessed, “I would be misunderstood if I went around with my daughter” because of his youthful appearance, saying, “I’m not just misunderstood, I receive strange looks.”

“When I go around with my daughter, she has to say ‘Dad’ out loud. If she doesn’t do that, it’s weird,” he said. “One time, I met an acquaintance while taking a walk to digest after having a meal with my daughter. We met an acquaintance of mine. It was weird because she hid quickly when she saw me. When I greeted her happily, my friend was embarrassed. But when I said I was going to take a walk with my daughter, she said, ‘Oh, is it your daughter? I thought she was your mistress’.”

There was another story that I couldn’t laugh about. “I used to run a Japanese restaurant before, but there were many lodging facilities around the restaurant because it was in a food alley,” Kim Se-hwan said. “The smell of grilled fish in the kitchen went to the lodging facility.” The person who slept in the room must have complained about the smell of the fish. So I tried to meet the owner of the accommodation and discuss countermeasures. I was waiting on the first floor and a customer saw me and said, “Kim Se-hwan is busy since morning,” and went out with a strange smile. On top of that, I couldn’t say, “I’m not here to rest.”

Meanwhile, Kim revealed his first encounter with his wife, his first love. “I fell in love at first sight when I met my wife at my friend’s wedding reception,” Kim recalled. “She had a boyfriend but I said ‘I don’t care’. I said ‘I’m okay being a third person’. I asked her to choose the best person out of the two’.”

“What happened to the other guy?” Kim Se-hwan shouted, “What do I know?” and made people laugh.
