49-year-old unmarried Kim Byung Chul “I often think about getting married, I don’t go on blind dates because of my face”

Actor Kim Byung Chul appeared as a guest in episode 198 of tvN’s entertainment show “You Quiz on the Block” (hereinafter referred to as “You Quiz”), which aired on June 14th.

When asked how he covered his living expenses while being unknown for 10 years, Kim Byung Chul replied, “Since I lived at my parents’ house, I was able to reduce the burden of monthly rent and earned pocket money by doing part-time jobs. I also taught an after-school theater class at an elementary school.”

Regarding his ideal type, he revealed, “A person who works hard and is wise. Because I’m a bit careless. A person who can step back and accept me when we quarrel.”

About the thought of wanting to get married, he confessed, “Not sometimes, but quite often. When I think about my age, it’s too late to start a family now. There are times when I think like that. I’m currently looking for (an attractive person).”

He added, “I couldn’t go that far (start a conversation first), so shouldn’t I do something now?” When asked if there are many introductions from people around him, he said, “I don’t think so… Maybe because of my face.” He then told viewers, “Even if you see that I’m dating someone, I hope you pass by pretending not to know.“
