42-year-old actress Song Ji-hyo, “Pressured about getting married? I’m over 40 and no one talks about that anymore. I feel so comfortable”

Actress Song Ji-hyo revealed that she was not under pressure to get married.

Kim Jong-kook joined KBS 2TV’s entertainment show “Problem Child in House”, which aired on April 20th, as the new MC and Song Ji-hyo appeared as a guest.

While solving some quizzes with Song Ji-hyo, MC Song Eun-yi asked, “Does anyone around urge you to get married?”. Song Ji-hyo said, “After I turned 40, no one talks about that anymore”.

When asked, “But aren’t you upset since no one mentions that?”, Song Ji-hyo replied, “When I was in my 30s, my mom tried to introduce me to some people. I hated it so much to the point that I left home every time she did so. Time passed and I’m now over 40, I feel really comfortable because everyone doesn’t tell me to get married anymore. ”

Later, Kim Sook asked again, “When you meet men, is there anything that you don’t like them to do or anything that you would pay attention to?”, Song Ji-hyo said, “I will observe to see if he washes his hands cleanly or not?”

When Kim Jong-kook asked, “People nowadays wash their hands quite often because of the Covid-19, right?”, Song Ji-hyo said, “I hate it when someone doesn’t wash their hands after going to the bathroom. I really don’t like it if an adult can’t even do that”, and talked about her own standards.

Min Kyung-hoon suddenly mentioned Song Eun-yi’s ideal type, saying, “Song Eun-yi noona doesn’t like people who spit on the floor”. Kim Sook said, “Everyone hates that”, drawing laughter. Kim Jong-kook also added, “People nowadays don’t spit on the floor anymore. In the past, many did that”.

In addition, when asked if there is anything from a man that would make her feel “heart-fluttering”, Song Ji-hyo said, “I haven’t experienced much of that. I think it’s been a long time since the last time I had that feeling”.

Kim Jong-kook said, “I think it’s okay in the case of the perilla leaf debate. But I don’t agree with the padding one. The moment you face that person, you will have many times to say something and it also makes you imagine lots of things”. Song Ji-hyo also shared her thoughts on the perilla leaf debate, saying, “I might think it’s fine at that moment, but as I think of it more, I will get angrier”.
