3rd-generation Female Idol Complains About Scary Comments From Fans, Netizens Show Mixed Reactions

ILY:1 member Ririka confessed about mental suffering due to messages with weird content she received from fans

Recently, member Ririka of the girl group ILY:1 went on a fan communication app and left comments such as, “Can you kidnap me? No, you can’t. Don’t write such comments”, “Don’t cross the line”, “Please”, “I see many posts crossing the line these days. I’m a human, too”, “Sharing CCTV footage of the practice room is a little…”, “We have our privacy too, right?”, etc., raising fans’ concerns.

In response to this issue, netizens are showing divided reactions. Some pointed out that the messages were kind of like jokes and Ririka’s response was a little excessive. They commented, “I think they’re just joking”, “Maybe she doesn’t understand such joking comments because she’s a foreign member?”, “Didn’t she take it too seriously?”, etc.
