Park Ji-eun, a manager at Building Lab Real Estate Brokerage Corporation, commented, “The building is located a 5-minute walk from Apgujeong Rodeo Station, in an area with high foot traffic on both weekdays and weekends, making it a prime commercial spot. The building has excellent visibility as it’s located at a corner in the main alley. Although the current rental income is relatively low, he acquired it at a good price compared to nearby transactions.”

She added, “The area is expected to benefit significantly from the reconstruction of Apgujeong-dong apartments, and it’s a region with active real estate transactions.”

Notably, the building Junho purchased was previously owned by the late actress Kang Soo-yeon, who passed away from a cerebral hemorrhage in May 2022. She had bought it in 2017 for 8 billion KRW, and it was inherited by her three family members after her death.

In February 2019, Lee Junho made headlines for his savvy real estate investments when he acquired ownership of two units in the luxury office building ‘The Rivers Cheongdam’ in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, from a trust company. He is known to have made a substantial profit by investing in the site before it was redeveloped into a new office building from an old motel.

Debuting as a member of 2PM in 2008, Lee Junho has also built a successful acting career, appearing in dramas like “Memory,” “Good Manager,” “Just Between Lovers,” “Wok of Love,” “Confession,” “The Red Sleeve,” “King the Land,” and films such as “Cold Eyes,” “Twenty,” and “Memories of the Sword.” He has gained widespread popularity both domestically and internationally.

Last month, on the 24th, which marked the 11th anniversary of his debut as a solo artist, he met with fans at CGV theaters in Yongsan and Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, coinciding with the release of a film capturing his solo concert “The Day We Meet Again” (held on January 13 and 14 at Jamsil Indoor Stadium). His next project is the Netflix series “Cashero,” where he will play Kang Sang-woong, a civil servant who gains superhuman strength proportional to the cash he holds in his hand, transforming into a unique hero who saves the world by spending his salary.
