(G)I-DLE Soyeon revealed her dream of getting married.
On the March 21st broadcast of SBS’s “Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny“, Giant Pink enjoyed a dinner with rappers Kassy, Nada and Soyeon, whom she met through Mnet’s “Unpretty Rapstar 3“, ahead of childbirth.
When Giant Pink asked her friends “Are you thinking of getting married?”, Soyeon replied, “I always want to get married.”
She even mentioned a specific age, “I’ve always wanted to get married. I originally wanted to get married at the age of 28, but I postponed this plan because I’m already 25. I’m going to get married at the age of 31.”
Upon hearing this, Giant Pink, Kassy and Nada could not hide their surprised expressions. This is because Soyeon was in high school when they first met. In response, Giant Pink expressed her affection towards Soyeon, “When did you grow up like this?”
Soyeon then said, “I have a dream of being a young mother. I was envious of my mother who was like a friend during my school days. That’s why I want to become a mother like a friend.”
Meanwhile, Soyeon (born in 1998) made her face known through Mnet’s “Produce 101 Season 1” in 2016, and received great love for her skills and courage unlike high school students on “Unpretty Rapstar 3” in the same year. Afterwards, she debuted as the leader and main rapper of (G)I-DLE in 2018.
