On May 3rd, a review video of the 16th episode of “Queen of Tears” featuring Park Sung-hoon was released on Park Sung-hoon’s agency BH Entertainment’s official channel.

In the video, Park Sung-hoon started by saying, “Firstly, I’d like to say sorry to all of you. Sorry, It’s my fault. Upon seeing the main title video, which depicted the poignant love between Baek Hyun-woo (played by Kim Soo-hyun) and Hong Hae-in (played by Kim Ji-won), Park Sung-hoon expressed regret, “To that mournful couple…” He added, “After episode 15 ended yesterday, I’ve got lots of scolding. I’m sorry. Since people enjoyed our drama a lot and were immersed in it, they might dislike Eun-sung. In my eyes, I hate him too. I think he crossed the line.”

When asked about memorable viewer reactions, Park Sung-hoon replied, “‘Please be far away from the couple.’ ‘Don’t disturb Hyun-woo and Hae-in’s love.’ ‘Stay out of sight.’ I’ve mostly had this kind of DMs and replies. But I don’t resent from them at all. It’s very fun and I just think they’re immersing in our drama. I think viewers are enjoying it and that responses are kind of interest too.”

Ahead of the airing of the final episode, Park Sung-hoon said, “I thought one year is long enough when shooting it. But the time flies when broadcasting it from first to the last episode. I think the drama started just few days ago but today’s the final episode of it. If I see the final, my mind may wander. Because the drama’s gotten a plenty of love and it took much time shooting, this will remain as a precious memory to my actor life.

Seeing Baek Hyun-woo and Hong Hae-in on screen, Park Sung-hoon expressed regret, “To that mournful couple, I did…” He paused, then continued, “Actually when I read episode 15 ending sequence, I shouted alone at home. Because I was so surprised. Does Eun-sung really go this far?

Watching Baek Hyun-woo’s car accident scene, Park Sung-hoon closed his eyes tightly. He shared, “The visual of the couple is so excellent. I feel happy just to watch their visuals. Our directors made visual beauty and selected nice locations too. I think the entire Miseenscene’s splendid.

Seeing Yoon Eun-sung (played by Park Sung-hoon) becoming evil in front of Hong Hae-in, Park Sung-hoon apologized again. When scenes shot in Jeongseon appeared, he reminisced, “It was snowing that much for real. It was so cold. Thanks to all those snow, it’s shown so beautiful visually.” He added, “During the day, I filmed ‘Squid Game Season 2’ and then moved on to Jeongseon in the evening and then filmed ‘Queen of Tears’. After filming all night, I went back to Daejeon. I think it probably was.

Watching Yoon Eun-sung rushing to find Hong Hae-in, Park Sung-hoon commented “Everyone, I, too was so shocked at the script. Trouble happens every time you let Park Sung-hoon inside the car“, comparing it to the character Jeon Jae-joon from “The Glory”.
