NewJeans, Seventeen, V, NCT 127 won grand prizes at “Universal Superstar Awards”
Girl group NewJeans, boy groups Seventeen and NCT 127 and BTS's V were honored with grand prizes at the "2024 Universal Superstar Awards" (2024 USA)
According to the 2024 USA joint organizing committee on March 28th, at the awards ceremony held at the Kyung Hee University Grand Peace Palace in Seoul the previous day, “Universal Super Soundtrack”, equivalent to the grand prize, went to NewJeans‘ “Ditto”, and the “Universal Super Music Album” grand prize went to Seventeen’s “FML”.
In addition, the “Universal Super Artist” and “Universal Super Star” grand prizes were respectively given to V and NCT 127.
NCT 127’s Taeyong expressed his gratitude, “I dedicate this honor to all the ‘NCTzens’ (NCT’s fandom) who have shown us so much love. I am truly happy thanks to our fans. I hope everyone stays healthy and happy this year.“
The 2024 USA was held for the first time this year as an awards ceremony hosted by K-pop chart “KM Chart” and “doohub” and organized by Korea Management Federation.
