Youth With You 3’s participant got kicked out before the finale turned out to be a trick of the show

Tony lost the opportunity to debut even though he was an extremely potential contestant at Youth With You, loved by Lisa.

Youth With You 3 has officially ended with the debut of boy group IXFORM. However, on August 8, netizens were stirred up by a new incident related to the parents’ scandal that caused Yu Jingtian (Tony) to leave the show right before the finale took place.

Specifically, on Weibo, netizens are sharing an image, which is believed to be a response from the Chengdu city police (China) about the controversy related to Tony’s parents’ KTV. Accordingly, the main content of the response said: “This incident is a trick of the entertainment industry that originated from a selection show. The police received a lot of reports. However, when we investigated in-depth, we did not find that KTV related to drugs or prostitution. This is a legal business location with full business procedures.” 

This discovery stunned the internet community. Everyone was angry and felt bad for Tony because he was constantly at the top of the show and was also the center-right before the finale:

– If it weren’t for this scandal, Tony would have debuted as the center.

– So terrible, they ruined his entire career.

-Tony used to be a candidate for the center position, now that it’s over, nothing can be changed.
