“Nation’s MC” Yoo Jae Suk is once again placed 1st for variety show hosts June brand reputation ranking.
From May 3rd to June 3rd of 2023, the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 40,253,232 brand big data of 50 entertainment broadcasters. Accordingly, they measured consumers’ participation, communication levels, media exposure, and online conversations in variety show hosts’ brands. Compared to 37,647,001 brand big data in May, there was an increase of 6.92%.
The brand reputation index is a metric that extracts brand big data, analyzes consumer behavior, and classifies it into participation value, communication value, media value, and social value. In the variety show host brand reputation index, they analyzed participation index, media index, communication index, and community index. The analysis also included brand monitor analysis by brand reputation editors and brand value evaluation analyzed by the Korean Brand Forum.
The top 30 of June 2023 brand reputation rankings for variety show hosts, in sequential order, includes: Yoo Jae Suk, Tak Jae Hoon, Kim Jong Kook, Shin Dong Yup, Song Ji Hyo, Kang Ho Dong, Park Myung Soo, Lee Sang Min, Kim Jong Min, Kim Gura, Kim Joon Ho, Park Na Rae, Ahn Jung Hwan, Jeon Hyun Moo, HaHa, Lee Kyung Kyu, Kim Min Kyung, Seo Jang Hoon, Hong Hyun Hee, Noh Hong Chul, Jo Se Ho, Kim Sung Joo, Lee Soo Geun, Lee Young Ja, Jung Hyung Don, Kim Shin Young, Kim Sook, Yoon Jong Shin, Jang Do Yeon, and Kim Kook Jin.
Regarding this ranking, director Koo Chang Hwan of the Korean Corporate Reputation Research Institute stated, “In the analysis of the brand big data for variety show hosts in June 2023, Yoo Jae Suk ranked first. Compared to the previous month’s brand big data of 37,647,001, there was a 6.92% increase. In the detailed analysis, brand consumption decreased by 1.70%, brand issues increased by 4.42%, brand communication increased by 1.05%, and brand diffusion increased by 16.13%.”
He continued, “Looking at the link analysis of Yoo Jae Suk’s brand, ‘challenging, revealing, talking’ were highly ranked. The keyword analysis revealed ‘You Quiz on the Block, Running Man, YouTube’ as significant keywords. The sentiment analysis of Yoo Jae Suk’s brand showed a positive ratio of 86.36%.”
