Halloween is a special occasion for Kpop fans, especially fans of artists under SM Entertainment. Because every year, SM organizes a large-scale Halloween party, where all idols of the company get dressed up in the most iconic and incredible costumes and gather to celebrate this holiday together.
After two years, SM’s Halloween party is officially back for 2021. This year, the party will be set in KWANGYA – the alternate dimension of SM Culture Universe that fans are no longer unfamiliar with. SM also catches up with the trend and includes the viral challenge of Korea’s hottest survival series Squid Game in the upcoming party. Needless to say, Squid Game perfectly matches the spooky theme of Halloween.
It seems like the artists will have to play the “deadly” sugar honeycomb challenge in Squid Game. Notably, the level of difficulty is taken to another level because instead of a triangle, star or umbrella, our players have to separate SM’s elaborate logo from the edge of the candies. Therefore, fans are extremely worried that most artists will fail to survive!
